The Nordic Walking is a healthy and funny activity that, gently but efficiently, improves muscle strength, cardiovascular system, coordination and mobility.
If you think jogging is too much, if a little walk is not enough, then join the Nordic Walking, it will motivate you to do exercise enjoying the ride effortlessly.
We provide free special poles, necessary for this activity.
The activities are led by our Instructor, accredited by the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA) The traditional Nordic Walking technique is used, it respects the natural biomechanics of gait.
